The Role
Really good placement, with challenging but enjoyable work and a great work environment
My opinions and insights were always listened too and I regularly received feedback from them
I spoke regularly with my line manager about my progress and work - no mean feat when he is in Rome and I'm in London
There was always something to be getting on with, from day to day work, to longer term projects
This was a key feature. I was in charge of certain projects and while the rest of the team was on holiday, I had to keep things going for a week or so
They won't help me in my degree (History) but will be useful in the world of work
The Company
Fun in Rome, but more serious in the London office.
Very well. We received a good induction to the company and then line managers did their own thing.
A huge amount. I received lots of training courses and I was also taken to Italy on a conference and to work for a week.

Working from home
I'd definitely like to return
The Culture
Very good. We all met on the induction day at a hotel and then kept in touch throughout.
Very expensive... it's London
Really good
There are opportunities but I didn't take any up
