The Role
It was a great way to meet other students who share an interest in finance and are all hungry for more. The week was also quite interactive and consisted of a variety of interesting workshops and shadowing sessions.
The Spring Insight was organised in a way that enables interns to interact with a myriad of the firms staff ranging from first year analysts and senior management. All of them were interested in what you had to say and valued any input/questions.
A range of presentations were held, giving Spring Interns a strong guidance on how to successfully steer a career path in IB.
HR really kept us quite busy! Some days would last quite long, ending with a drinks reception or dinner.
This question does not really apply to Spring Insights.
Great introduction to anyone interested in finance.
The Company
Very positive atmosphere, with a captivating trading floor.
Very well structured by HR.
Subsidised Canteen

The Culture
When the day was over, I usually met up with other Spring Interns or went out for a drink with analysts.
There are cheaper places to socialise than London.
Didn't experience much nightlife, but it's supposed to be great in London.
