The Role
Enjoyed it a lot once I got into it, a lot of ramp up at the start, which wasn't as interesting.
All colleagues answered my questions and generally I didn't feel any different from a full time employee.
Always had someone to answer my questions or direct me.
Generally could do as much work as I felt I could.
In the latter half I did plenty of projects on my own from proposal to check-in.
Valuable experience not taught in degree, both in terms of actual work and approach to work.
The Company
Generally well balanced, hard working yet friendly
Fairly well organised, it was clear what I was doing early on
Big focus on personal development and how to improve, both at the job and in the future
Subsidised Canteen
Broadly in the field I am interested in with a good atmosphere.
The Culture
Not really something I paid much attention to so no comment
n/a, didn't live or socialise nearby
n/a, as above
Plenty of extra opportunities should I want to take them.
