The Role
Brilliant placement in the South & West Regional Office for Lloyds TSB Commercial, given real responsibility, supported at every stage and have been offered a position on the graduate leadership programme as a result!
As above, supported at every stage, been to lunch with my team and took a few hours off on my final day to celebrate and say goodbye
Always there to help, throughout the business Interns and Grads are highly respected as colleagues know the gruelling process you have to go through to get on the schemes! I emailed the head of Retail banking in the Midlands & South to organise some Retail shadowing, he fully supported this as got me two days shadowing
Resonably busy and overall a good balance, some rush points and some dull points - will be the same in every job
I was given real ownership of tasks and have exceeded the orginal brief in some cases
My degree is not relevant to Banking so it has not helped with my degree studies directly. Time management and organisational skills have developed though! Induction day really set the scene and spending the first week just shadowing various people in the Commercial business helped me to get my head round the structure and who does what!
The Company
