The Role
it was very uninteresting at many times, with several weeks of having little work to do.
all colleagues were very welcoming and always ready to help me.
i wasn't given much guidance and suppport by my line manager, however, other people in the team laways tried to help me, suppot me and give me guidance.
i was very busy for half of the internship, and not busy enough for the other half
i was given a project to complete by myself, with many resposibilities
hopefully they will assist me to a large extent.
The Company
it was quie dull as i was in an office with many contractors but people in my team were fun
the whole internship scheme wasnt well organised
there were three webinar events which wernt very helpful however. most of the training went on i nthe office by doing the work
the graduate scheme seems better then the internship
The Culture
at times there was but many times it was shocking to see no one wanting to go out on a firday night
central london so quite expensive!
only offices in the area never tried to go out in the area i worked
there were some charity events and any other events LBG organised
