The Role
Enjoyed nearly everything I was given, manage to meet a lot of great people and shadow on some very cool desks.
The team were used to having an extra person around, also very nice people.
Everyone was always ready to answer your questions
Generally had a lot of work to do, meant early mornings and late nights quite often
Dealt to work which clients will see so was of grave importance. Had many meetings with senior people to sort issues on my project.
Learnt a great deal of useful knowledge
The Company
On the trading floor so something happening all the time.
I was lucky my team were on the ball, but others not so much. HR need to ensure managers know exactly what the internship entails, and make sure all IT and pass issues can be sorted swiftly
There were some seminars but nothing really worth of note but I know gradutes get treated well and if Lloyds could, would offer interns something
Got the job
The Culture
All got well, made great friends
It's london so not cheap, but plenty of places do happy hour after work
A lot happening all around
Opportunities were offered, but very busy so had no time
