The Role
It's a great place to work, people are extremely friendly and willing to help. I definately learnt a lot in the 10weeks and have improved my skill set.
Everyone was welcoming and tried to get you involved in different tasks. It was a nice environment.
Very easy to speak to senior people and everyone is willing to help.
There was nearly always something to get involved with.
I felt we were given a good level of responsibility.
It has set me up well to join the grad scheme.
The Company
Nice atmosphere, chilled.
I felt that it was badly organised at the beginning with many managers not aware of what was expected of an intern. This could have been better organised. However nearer the end of the internship managers seemed to receive a little more inforamtion from HR. There were intern events however which were well organised.
They invested time into presentations for the interns and one on one sessions.
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Excellant prospects of gettig on to the graduate scheme.
The Culture
We seemed to all get along and went out for drinks and meals. It was a really nice atmoshpere.
The city, not too bad in Happy hour!
some good bars for afterwork drinks
Lloyds ran a charity campaign that we could get involved with.
