The Role
I really enjoyed my internship and got a lot out of it
I felt very valued and my work made a real difference and added value to the team
I was given very strong support from my line manager
I was busy most of the time, and was only ever at a loose end for max30 minutes
I was given responsibility on running several projects and making sure contributions were made by the whole team
I gained excellent IT skills, especially Excel
The Company
The atmosphere was very friendly and a good environment
The overall internship lacked structure
My line manager spent a lot of time explaining new topics to me
I got a place on the graduate scheme which I will definitely be taking up
The Culture
My team was fairly sociable but there were few interns in my department to socialise with
London and the City in particular is very expensive
Fantastic bars
There were few opportunities for activities with other interns
