The Role
Very much engaging and interesting work on offer.
Others respected my opinions and my perspective on the exercises.
Instructions were very clear but on occasions we were expected to manage difficult tasks ourselves without instructor intervention.
Extremely busy always. Days were packed with coaching and exercises whilst evenings were busy with social events / networking.
A lot of responsibility. The instructors left a lot of initiative and options open to us to decide how best to organise ourselves and approach the tasks.
Invaluable teamwork and employability skills gained.
The Company
Very stimulating and engaging. Everyone was excited about what was coming up next!
Extremely well. The instructors and recruiters worked very hard to prepare an exciting and action-packed schedule for us.
Very much. The company hired 2 highly trained coaches and hired out a conference centre for 3 nights.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Very flexible perspective and friendly.
The Culture
Everyone was keen to get involved on what was on offer.
Everything was completely free.
No nightlife as such but social events were constantly organised.
Limited due to lack of time but we had access to the gym/pool/all other facilities.
