The Role
I was given responsiblity which made me feel like a valued member of the team.
My manager was there for support whenever I needed, and would happily discuss the business as a whole/competitors etc with me in order to build on the understanding of the company.
I was given alot of responsibility on some high profile tasks, which meant that I felt as though my ability was trusted by others.
The Company
I was located to two offices, one had a much better atmosphere than the other. Its about the people you work with, and the office with the better atmosphere knew there was a job to do, but had fun doing it.
It wasnt always communicated well from the talent and development team what the line manager had to do. There was alot of confusion about the referal system, I feel this could have been better explained to both interns and line managers.

The Culture
It depends on where you are placed and how many interns there are in that area.
It was extremely cheap, due to the staff cateen being cheap and also the area in general.
