The Role
Really enjoyed working at RBS, the culture is really unique and soo welcoming and was able to learn a whole deal about the financial markets
My team and the whole of RBS culture is very friendly. You always feel valued and part of the family
Whatever problem you have be it in life or work someone will help you. Management acts as being flat which allows you to approch anyone
Tending more to the too busy side which was good as i didnt get bored
I was given just the right responsibility to enable me to learn without causing major flaws to the business
The skills you learn at work is something education cannot teach you

Very nice office space and open enviroment. very friendly atmosphere
Everything was always organised and tailored to our needs
I always felt valued and as if RBS were taking really good care of me, nuturing me and allowing me to grow in my skills

Everyone was a university student so it was amazing going through the experiance with people of the same mind set
Based in london you expect places to be pricey
There are loads of places to go in London
Perfect endless amount to keep you busy in extra ciricular
