The Role
Really enjoyable and very interesting
I was made to feel very welcome and by the end of the three weeks I very definitely felt part of the team.
The scheme was much better structured than anywhere I have been previously. It was always clear what each assessment was geared towards and we were given plenty of guidance and support throughout the three weeks, whether this be from HR, our departments, our buddies or the support staff.
I had loads of work and was incredily busy throughout my placement
I was given the responsibility of completing tasks ahead of relatively short deadlines for client meetings etc. This included general file management as well as drafting Grounds of Resistance for submission to the Tribunal
I now have a much better understanding of the various areas of law and the way in which law firms function. I have also built up my own skills, in particular interpersonal skills and time management.
The Company
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Fingers crossed...
