The Role
Varied and sometimes challenging. Many other itnerns did not get set projects or work. Massive variation in the workload for interns.
Often recieved praise from all levels of the team. Good atmosphere.
My manager was incredibly helpful in making decisions and improving my time at LBG, I also had a graduate assigned to me who was very informative.
Good balance of work, there was alwatys somethign I coudl get involved with whilst alos having my own projects.
Undertook two high level projects, managed another intern and risk cases.
Communication skills improved (particularly telephony)

Good laughs nad nice atmosphere
Very well organised due to mamagers input.
Got to do shadowing placements etc.

They give jobs to pretty much every intern
The Culture
Pretty poor social scene in London for LBG staff.
London is expensive (London allowance helps)
Pretty average
Very little going on except charity work
