The Role
Company and colleagues were great, just difficult if you are sensitive to negative customer interaction
Colleagues were always helpful and close by.
Advice was always available but not always offered
The airport was a busy location, sometimes too busy for the staffing levels
Opportunities to handle as much as possible were presented
Very much positive skills for the future, has helped with with decisions on career prospects as well
The Company
Almost always positive, happy. More dificult when busy
transition from placement offer to in the branch was very well organised and generous.
The company itself uses its management training scheme very well.
Purely customers at branch location deterring me from persuing a career
The Culture
We made efforts to meet up socially however different shift patterns made it more difficult
While I was living at home, cost of living and socialising can be expensive in the area
Local town is pretty lifeless
Was never aware of any.
