The Role
Started boring but work became more interesting
Became more valuable as time progressed
First manager was very supportive, the rest were too busy
Very busy, long hours
Particularly by the end I had a lot of responsibility
Some useful skills learned
The Company
Was based at client site, everyone was quite focussed on work
Well organised
Main proper training was Excel
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
I would want to be MC or Strategy aligned
The Culture
Great nights out and great interns
Was living in Newbury so it was quite expensive but all covered by expenses because we were out of town
Newbury isnt exactly renowned for its nightlife!
