The Role
The summer internship began with plenty of work shadowing, interactions with my manager and team. The second consisted of contributing a lot to the team.
Very friendly, open and warm from day one. Always asked for my opinion.
Very proactive manager and interested in my personal development. Always spared time to talk to me and advise me. Had regular weekly one to one meetings. Always explained the work in depth.
Always worked on projects or ad - hoc tasks given by my team.
Quite a bit. Automated spreadsheets for my team, completed their long due work. They were very happy.
People's skills developed, Excel/VBA skills improved, gained a good understanding of operations middle office.
The Company
Quiet but never boring
Very well organised. Perfect mix of training, work shadowing and opportunities to add value to the team
A lot, in knowledge - based training, people's skills, networking. Organised several lunches, breakfasts, panel discussions. Seniors really took out the time out of their busy schedule to teach us something new.

quite good. several social events for interns took place.

Fundraising challenge organised by the graduate recruitment team. A summer intern fair! Great opportunity to polish teamworking, creativity and sales skills.
