The Role
It exceed my expectations massively!
Everyone was very welcoming and friendly.
My manager was very contactable and made time to ensure I was settling in and managing with my work.
I was very busy during my placement - time management is essential.
I was given a lot of responsibility, much more than I expected.
The skills I learnt are very useful both in my degree and future roles.
The Company
People were very friendly and always up for a laugh but people also appreciate you are there to work.
Very well organised - Barclays were very easy to contact.
We were given a training course when we first started but mostly it was on the job training.
