The Role
The team and culture was great, one project was great the other one was quite monotonous.
Great culture.
Saw my manager c. 7 times the whole internship due to his senior position and there was no one else who could guide me.
Most days were quite busy, some not too much.
Started a project myself which included me going out to see external clients by myself in my first week.
Communication and networking skills will be very beneficial.
The Company
Varied, some days were dull as offices were empty due to olympics, some days were really fun.
Well structured with continuous reviews and trainings.
Held quite a few events to help us out including lunches with seniors, financial training, presentation training, charisma training.
Slow progression.
The Culture
Had a few events with the team.
Quite expensive in Canary wharf, but you need to be in the right place at the right time.
Had to go further out of Canary Wharf for a good night out.
Flexible hours allowed this.
