The Role
was a struggle at first but it got better!
made some amazing friends
had a buddy who was fantastic and a great mentor
massively busy - but its a good thing
amazing amounts fantastic experience and you wouldnt get the same levels of opportunity to shine else where
communication skills, team work skills and prioritsiation skills were enhanced amazingly
The Company
hard work and at times dry
could do with more structure work for me didn't seem to be planned out that well
Training to do my role well- time was invested from the business and my own team Time to however understand products or areas I wished to learn more about was more of a struggle

I would love to come back to GS just not Operations so will be reapplying
The Culture
Amazing social scene in london and fellow placments were all fun My team were also an amzing laugh and my leaving drinks were EPIC
Wage was good and socialising was never too expensive.
Area I worked was mainly bars which were all lovely and suited me well, some good clubs etc were also only a short taxi ride away.
You could manage the gym if you left at a good time...
