The Role
The Summer Internship was very well structured. The activities organized were suited to my interests and allowed me to get to know the firm and the other Interns better. I got along very well with my team and I found all the tasks completed very challenging and rewarding.
My team was very heterogeneous in terms of nationalities and backgrounds: this allowed me to try different approaches when dealing with daily tasks and to broaden my knowledge (both of the firm and in a more general sense). Every member of the team helped me to develop and learn during the Internship. I felt integral part of the team, thanks also to some informal moments we spent together.
My line manager was not only exceptionally good in her job role, but she was also for me a great mentor and an excellent teacher. I learned so much everyday from her and she was able to include me in many activities that allowed me to feel truly part of the team.
The daily amount of work was sustainable, but at the same time challenging. It required attention to details and considerable analytical skills. However, the fact of being in a team composed by very nice people made my days in the office very pleasant.
I think I was given the right amount of responsibility considering the short duration of the Internship.
The skills that the Internship allowed me to develop proved to be of essential importance for my career.
The Company
My team members were exceptional in their roles, but there were also some informal occasions during the day that allowed me to get to know them better and establish a good relationship with all of them.
The team was great and every member contributed to make me learn as much as possible from this experience. HR Division organized many events in order to allow each of us to learn as much as possible about the firm and to get to know each others better.
Company Parties/Events
Already working for them and very proud and happy.
