The Role
I could learn a lot and get the insight from IBD, although the hours are as what you would expect from banking.
Work envireonment was cool and friendly but formal, especially with senior people.
They mostly explain you why are things for, and how to do them although sometimes managers don't have that much time and you have to wait.
Usually you have "rush" times followed by "valley" times, but you can enjoy this balance.
You are given quite responsibility taking into account how junior you are.
100% of time is really useful. You can get a lot out of it.
The Company
Environment tend to be formal.
It was quite well organised. They provided activities and took care of reviews, comments, rotations and so on.
They did as much as they could to ensure I had an interesting experience.
