The Role
A great five weeks, with interesting work and the opportunity to meet lots of interesting people
Team members were always grateful for the work I helped them with and made me feel extremely welcome.
I could always ask for help if I was stuck with anything at all and all interns were given a buddy and career counsellor who could offer guidance and advice.
There were often very busy periods but these never lasted too long or became too over whelming, there were also times where there was a little less to do and I would have to ask around for work but once again never for long enough that I was bored for long periods of time.
I was able to perform some of the tasks graduates would perform on a daily basis and was in contact with offices around the world which was pretty cool!
I had a great time and had an excellent experience which got me used to office life. At the end of the internship I was offered a graduate position so the internship was definitely worth doing!
The Company
The office was very friendly and the summer internship team organised lots of socials to make sure interns had an excellent experience
Extremely well organised!
During my time at the firm I was able to attend training usually offered to graduates as well as to take part in Partner and Executive Director shadow days which was incredibly useful.
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Starting with EY in September
The Culture
There were lots of organised intern events as well as unofficial socials which made for a very fun 5 weeks!
Central london socialising was rather expensive
We would often head to bars or a club after a hard weeks work.
There were sports teams and networks to join.
