The Role
JP Morgan was a fun placement because you had both the focus of the tasks that you were set but also had lots of fun activities
i had an amazing team and we got on well
we had weekly meetings to discuss progress
my role was a Business Analyst this role can sometimes not have very much to do. so some days it was fine other days was a bit quiet
i had a few tasks that i was solely responsible for.
the tasks i was given required me to take on training to be able to perform well. thes skills are now going to be helpful in university as well as future jobs
The Company
again my team were very fun and friendly other teams did seem a bit quieter
it was almost always well organized there were a few little things that weren't to well planned
there were plenty of training and development chances that you can take part in these were emailed to all staff.
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare/Dental
perform well and you will get a job we were told from the start that the offer is based on your performace
The Culture
there wasn't too many nights out due to many peoples other plans.
Glasgow is relatively cheap to have a night out in.
i was at Uni in the same area so i quite liked it
there are charity events that you can take part in
