The Role
Very enjoyable, got involved in lots of projects
People treated me like part of a team, not an intern
Not much support from manager, but team was very helpful
Very busy throughout the year, meant that i never got bored and was always learning new things
I was given an number of projects that i would run with, which i really enjoyed and learnt alot from
Went on a number of training courses
The Company
Alot of other interns there, so was good fun at times
Interns had only just been introduced to the company so alot of the managers were unaware of what interns were
Went on a number of training courses but then they cut the budgets so wasnt able to do some of the courses i signed up for
Above 25 days holiday
Not any graduate roles for HR.
The Culture
Mainly guys, which was okay at times
Going out on weekends is expensive, but week nights were student nights so okay
Mainly bars rather than clubs
I joined a local netball team, i also joined the companies Gym and went to a number of fitness classes which were brill
