The Role
It was very enjoyable at times, but slightly boring at times.
I felt like I was part of the team, but occasionally I felt isolated from my colleagues
I was given lots of guidance and support from my manager and colleagues. They taught me a lot and I am extremely grateful for this.
Most days I was busy working on projects which lasted quite a long time. But occasionally when I finished my project I wasn't given anything to do for a few days.
I was given a lot of responsibility and felt like I was an important role to the team.
The skills I developed will defiantly stay with me for life. My placement has made me realise what I want to do when I finish Uni.
The Company
It was ok in our office. It was a small office so was quiet sometimes but I could listen to music whilst doing work so that was good.
The placement was set up fine apart from occasionally having nothing to do.
The company invested in little training on me.
My manager had said to me that if he had the chance to hire me again he would. However the office is small and does not have any room for more employees.
The Culture
Yes.
Average for area.
The nightlife was above average.
Little activities going on outside work.
