The Role
Wide variety of tasks with lots of responsibility.
Felt very valued, worked in a small team.
Good approachable management team.

A sensible amount of time was devoted to doing fun involving activities in the brand.
Very well organized HR team. Events put on before start to placement to meet other students/managers/team.
VW have their own separate facilities near head office devoted to training. Very high quality and easily accessible training.

The Culture
although Milton Keynes doesn't have the nightlife of a university city, it still has plenty to do!
Not expensive, but not as cheap as a university city.
