The Role
enjoyable, always work to be doing
It is a job with responsibility, I feel like a solid member of the team
The training was comprehensive, and I can always approach my manager with queries or to seek advice.
There is always plenty of work to be doing.
There is a fair bit of responsibility, and chances to take on more if you wish to push yourself. It is most definitely not a pretend ‘go and get the coffees in’ job
I believe the training I have had/ will get will be a huge help in the future, it will develop my key business skills through exposure to a major corporation, and will most defiantly make me a more rounded candidate when I come to search for a grad job. The skills I gain here will act as a foundation for the rest of my life.
The Company
Good banter.
Well developed plan to bring out the best in me, the intern placement system has been running for a while and therefore has had time to be developed.
They invest a lot of time and effort in our personal development and training, reflecting the importance of my role within the team.
