The Role
great job! Loved it! Sometimes hard to maintain a work life balance though
I worked with such a great group of people, really enjoyed my placement and a lot of that was down to them
given constant guidance and support and set a lot of targets which were always followed up on. Also given a lot of opportunity for bonuses which was brilliant!
some days we were very busy and some days we were very quiet but most of the time it was a great balance! The quiet days also compensated for the busy ones!
Given lost of responsability and sometimes put in charge of running the branch. This was something that I really enjoyed and it means that you get a lot more out of your placement
the skills that I have learnt at my placement will definately be skills that I will keep for life. Shows you what working full time in the real world it really like!
The Company
great atmosphere brilliant people
normally well organised but sometimes this did slip! you have to be VERY organised yourself in order to get the most out of the job and ensure that you aren't stressed
you start the placement with a weeks training which was great and also a really good way of meeting other people who start the placement at the same time at you. you are then trained on the job and you are constantly developing skills. Finally you meet up with those who you met at the begining to do more training at head office
Financial Bonus
very appealing and lots of promotional responsabilities
The Culture
brilliant
not bad
not too many because I was working shifts
