The Role
Fantastic experience learning about the company aswell as building up my own skills. The staff are very friendly and you also get to make a lot of new friends. Everyone tries to help each other rather than be in competition with each other, which makes the experience all the more better.
All the fellow insighters helped and worked with each other without one person trying to dominate the few days and stand out themselves, and all the PwC employees are really friendly and help calm any nerves you may have.
Always available for questioning if needed, make you feel very welcome and calm you down if your nervous in any way.
The 3 days are alot of fun, but are packed with activities and practise for the real assessments. You get a little free time on the days but the days just flew by, I loved that the days where full but a few people said it was too intense.
N/A all practise assessments and activities without any bearing on the company.
Definitely learnt alot of skills in how to give presentations and how to articulate yourself in interviews, which I am sure will help me in the future. Also you build up confidence working with new people who you have never met before very early on.
The Company
Everyone was on the same level so was very helpful, but also the PwC people made it very fun with activities and there was also an informal evening on the first day which helped everyone get to know each other.
Very organised, mainly ran like clockwork, the last day over ran a little but that was more due to presentations of students lasting longer than expected.
The 3 days where all paid for, and the company must have spent a lot of money on each of us, and the 3 days where definitely very helpful in developing skills for everyone who attended.

Would definitely love to get a job with them, all the people I spoke with who worked for PwC all mentioned how great the company treats them, and it seems like a company which really values and invests time and money in the people who work for them. They seem like a company which takes into consideration the desires of the employee when making decisions and looks to help them any way they can.
The Culture
There was an informal evening on the first day where everyone got to know each other with a lot of free drink available, which helped!
Everything paid for!
Didn't leave the hotel!
