The Role
I enjoyed working with the peoplethere, however, it was quite stressful at times with the company constantly setting unrealistic targets and failing to incentivise by making confusing and frequently changing bonus schemes
I felt like the company needed me there, however I also feel thst they should have done more to reward good work and recognise potential
Managements policy was that we can talk to them about any issues, however when it came down to it, they frequently were far too busy to help or gave lazy advice
Often understaffed so could be swamped with a huge workload
Was given a huge amount of responsibility, but not always credited for it
Received very little to no help for my degree, completely misled about my role within the company
The Company
I did have a lot of laught in the office, however the stress of management soon filtered down to other members of staff which could seriously affect our moods
No desire to actually help with our degree, used as cheap labour
The firm did train us, however we were constantly needing additional help
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare/Dental
Not too sure i'd go back if things stayed the same as when i was there
The Culture
Brilliant social events outside work with other workers, often out after work for drinks
Was very expensive living in London, however borro did agree to pay for travel to work. Paying extra for working in London would have been a nice touch though, was difficult at times
Couple of bars but you need to travel to get anywhere decent
A football team, thats it
