The Role
Excellent Experience
I was leading colleagues aswell as recieving graduate & career advice
Excellent guidance - room to express my thoughts and lead projects but also felt confident to ask for help
Felt like I had made significant contributions every day I was there but had time to meet colleagues for lunch etc
A huge amount which lead me to learn much more than I ever could have anticipated
Amazing experience and would highly recommend a placement to anyone who has the opportunity
The Company
A great atmosphere and great people to work with on a daily basis
It was a great set up which allowed me to take control of my placement and lead significant projects whilst having a core experience under pinning the learnings
They sent me on offsite training aswell as putting me through industry qualifications which will be useful in all careers I pursue.
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
I left on a very positive note with the company and I hope to return at somepoint in my career.
The Culture
There was around 15 interns in the whole office which seems small compared to others was actually perfect as it really enhanced the professional experience.
Surrey wasn't to expensive and there are some nice areas and great connections to London
We mainly waited for weekends to go to London which was a very easy journey and had great nights out
A lot of social clubs and sports activities at lunchtime and after work
