The Role
Really enjoyed it.
Got along with them really well, but not perfect.
When he was around great support but was sometimes too busy.
A few weeks where things went too slowly but on the whole a good balance.
Was given a lot of responsibility including designing and implementing new features for products.
Will be useful for future jobs.
The Company
Mostly just got on with work but could always talk about fun things.
Didn't really have a lot of admin to do so everything just flowed.
Wasn't really given much training except company induction training.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Working from home
They said I've been excellent but haven't yet said anything about a future job.
The Culture
There's been some trips to the pub and playing games in the office in the evenings.
Stayed with my parents in Milton Keynes and commuted to Cambridge so quite cheep for me. Although petrol and car costs were expensive.
I'm not interested in nightlife so I didn't even investigate it.
Not as a part time employee although seems there's more opportunity for full time.
