The Role
Great place to work
Very friendly atmosphere
They were very helpful in answering any questions I had
You could get out what you put in
By the end I was responsible for a number of daily/weekly/monthly tasks
It was a very different experience to college and helped my understanding of the industry

You could have a bit of fun but everyone worked very hard and was always busy
Some communications were slightly delayed
There were endless training courses and talks available
