The Role
Great Job, Great Morale and Great Management. Yous feel important in the job and without you aspect of the department can't function!
Great Banter!
Always giving great advice on future and will be completing my dissertation on the company.
Very Busy and some days were quiet especially in the summer but you can get involved in loads of projects which keep you busy as hell.
Always on the go with things to do, people to see and meet!
Valuable Experience. Organisation and Communication skills improved greatly!
The Company
Bonkers!
At the start the company needs to get accesses sorted for the new interns but they are making improvements.
Could have been more things to do outside of the office but did go on engineer day out and have training in the year but could have been more.

Good Company to work for but would go for Bosch Grad Scheme after in London.
The Culture
40 odd interns. amazing banter. the best bit of work was the placement students! good laugh.
Manageable. Easy rent and a weekly nandos trip or pub!
Worcester nightlife and myself is another story!
not as much as i would have liked.
