The Role
Really enjoyed it. Made great friends with other interns who were from interesting and varied backgrounds. Learned to work under pressure
Was given a lot of responsibility. Had 3 rotations all of whom gave me constructive work which they would find useful rather than just stuff to keep me occupied
Was set targets, and given guidance. However we were also expected to work independently too
Exceptionally busy. Constantly running around at meetings/doing work etc. Was never bored.
Given a large amount of responsibility and trusted with systems
Great use of excel skills - other than that my degree is very theoretical
The Company
Really nice people with a good sense of humour. However not much after-work socialising
Good range of events and intern socials
Internship shortened so only a weekend of training
Received an offer starting next August
The Culture
bonded well - though there could have been more organised socials as oppose to just speaker panels
NA lived from home
Central London so very good
Had a volunteering day and mid-term social
