The Role
There was a lot of imformation/training needed to complete the job fully, and only once I had all this knowledge did I feel that I started to enjoy the job, however the office was busy everyday and it became repetitive
We got on very well and I felt like a vital part of the team
Management were good and gave me lots of support and training
Very busy only once or twice a week did i manage to have lunch and get on with delgated duties or admin
I was running the office and also working on out of hours which means having the keys to several branches and going into them if there was need for a car out of business hours
I have a very good idea how the replacement car market now operates and feel that this could assist me not only with my uni work but also in future job opertunities
The Company
There was a good atmosphere in our office most of the time
there was not anything different from the normal full time employees apart from earning £1,000 less per year!
I attended several training sessions throughout the year, and also my manager spent time with me out of work preparing me for tests
Flexi Time
Company Car
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
I would return however, I would look elsewhere first as this is a lot of work and hours for an avg wage
The Culture
none exsitant
I lived in my uni house and costs are the same as been at uni
