The Role
Fairly good, some parts being better than others. At times left to own devices with not much work.
Felt like the work I was doing was of geunine utility. I was thanked thoroughly by everyone I worked with.
My Buddy wasn't available as much as some other people's were.
Generally I had a sufficient amount of work, but at times the work could be tedious.
I felt like I was giving alot of responsibility in my time in one of the departments.
The placement made me more self-aware of my strengths and weaknesses. This will be invaluable in deciding my future career plans.
The Company
Busy, but the atmosphere was generally good.
The process was fairly well organised. Though it would have been beneficial to have been informed of which seats we were placed in further in advance.
The firm offered IT training, but aside from that not much.
Sports and Social Club
Fairly appealing
The Culture
The trainees made an effort to take us out for drinks and to socialise.
Fairly cheap
Average for a city of this size
There was a chance to get involved in a few activities
