The Role
Great environment, interesting work and lovely colleagues.
Very easy to fit in and always treated as a peer, not just an intern.
Everyone was very supportive and gave me the help I needed whilst also giving me the independence to get on with my work.
On occasions I would have liked to have had more than one project to work on so I could get more variety. Overall I had a good work load, always with something to do and never too stressed.
I was entirely responsible for delivering my project
I didn't really learn any engineering skills which will translate directly into my degree but my soft skills such as time management, taking responsibility, how to compose myself in a work environment etc. were developed hugely and will definitely come in handy. Overall it was a really useful insight.
The Company
Nice relaxed environment where people worked hard but also had a laugh.
Organisation could have been better as we were often given information at quite a late date.
I was given all the training and help I required.
Subsidised/Company Gym
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Great company to work for.
The Culture
Everybody was linked via a facebook group and weekly socials were arranged amongst us for those who were interested.
Pretty average.
Lots of nice pubs and bars in Leamington with dance floors etc. but only one club with poor music
A few work socials and opportunities to get involved in the Jaguar challenge.
