The Role
Good atmosphere and vibrant working environment
Close knit teams of about 5 people
Worked next to my manager who was always there to help
Just about right
Would have valued a bit more responsibility, but had plenty of projects to do on my own.
Learnt some skills, though not sure how many of them are entirely transferrable.
The Company
Large open space for the whole brand (about 200 people), and every month one brand put on a party on the top floor.
Well run on the whole.
We had full use of their online training system, along with various seminars (though these were more company specific than anything else)
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
I was told I would be recommended for a job if I applied to the graduate scheme.
The Culture
Quickly all got to know each other and go for drinks, play football etc.
Regular London prices.
Couldn't complain, plenty to do.
Not a great deal of things run by the company, but several opportunities organised by employees.
