The Role
Fantastic to work in such a dynamic and friendly atmosphere. I used to look forward to work each day. Brilliant.
Treated as a member of the team from day one. I couldn't have asked for any more.
In many respects you are left to organise and manage your role on your own. Obviously, if you had any questions you could always ask.
On the whole the workload was manageable but on several occasions became too much leading to frequent 12 hour days.
Far more than I expected, which was perfect. I never anticipated I would be doing such important tasks.
An invaluable experience that compliments my degree so well. Training courses including excel and access offered.
The Company
A very lively and friendly place to work.
The recruitment and induction process were very good. Also a 3 week handover is useful.
Lots of training opportunities. Excel, access, powerpoint. Inductions from different departments are also available.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Renault offer a graduate scheme which placement students can apply for.
The Culture
Very good. Frequent social events throughout the year.
Being near London it's not cheap but definitely manageable on the intern salary.
Again, being near London it was very easy to get into central.
There was a Renault/Nissan football team and subsidised gym membership.
