The Role
Would have appreciated more feedback and constructive criticism, although was given plenty of support and guidance for projects and daily work.
Occasionally looking for work, which was often provided
BlackRock uses top quality software which was developed within, and the skills learned from exposure to that, including advancing my knowledge of computer languages, will be used wherever I work. The application of my University knowledge to real life scenarios helped to develop and extend my existing skills
The Company
Felt very relaxed and comfortable approaching anyone for assistance or to speak about there division.
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
I will hear feedback shortly after finishing my placement. Implications are the interns have largely increased opportunity of being offered graduate placements
The Culture
Mainly through company organised events with the odd exception. I think this largely depends on the group on interns you work with.
I stayed with family during the placement.
I didn't experiance as much as I could have hoped, although that I did was good.
Not aware of many.
