The Role
My Internship with J.P Morgan was a fantastic opportunity despite being the first time the programme was run within the division it was very well organised
Everyone on my team was considerable to my lack of skills which i grew in understanding while i progressed through my 10 weeks
I was given feedback officially twice over the 10 weeks however on a daily basis my manager would be fantastic as to ask what kind of progress and help i was making.
In the first few weeks I was working the usual hours however as it went by I was there till slightly later in the evenings so as to finish my deadlines and also to impress
a considerable amount. I was in charge of coverage and efficiency in two of my projects.
My skills in understanding securities has grown considerably and help me in my strategic finance module.
The Company
very relaxed. Work hard play hard
new programme but always opportunities to meet senior management and there were events reated at critical landmark points of the internship
Sports and Social Club
Despite some of the late hours I really miss the adding value to business, This is not always seen as an intern and the work is always recognised by seniors and therefore the future enployment opportunities are very appealing.
The Culture
the interns were all of different backgrounds and suprisingly gelled very well. I miss this very much.
central london! very expensive!
not in the very local area as it was a financial area however a few stops away it was bustling!
there was a marathon challenge
