The Role
The work was enjoyable, although occasionally a task may become a bit tedious but that's all part of the learning process.
One of the best parts of this was the people. Supportive, friendly and as most of them are recent graduates they can really sympathize with your questions etc.
Any question was answered straight away and taken seriously. If the person you asked couldn't help you they would make sure you found some who could.
This is mainly down to clients often being haphazard at getting information to you meaning some days it isnt possible to do much whilst on others you will be very busy. Its the nature of the work though
I was gradually eased in and given more and more responsibilities as i became more comfortable with the work
Picked up skills for working in an office environment and in a team etc.
The Company
It was a great balance of getting the work done but also chatting and having some fun as well
Only issue i had was my laptop didnt come pre-installed with all the programmes i needed but this was rectified quickly enough
Could definitely feel myself becoming part of the team as the internship went on
Subsidised Canteen
Healthcare from home
Cant imagine a place with a better working atmosphere and development potential
The Culture
Everyone got on really well inside and outside the office
i worked near home so it wasnt too bad but renting somewhere could be expensive
It was a good mix of places
Did a charity day and there were social events aswell
