The Role
A great experience with great responsibility. Felt like my work was valued. Agreat addition to my CV.
My work was used to back up findings in presentations to senior executives.
My line manager, HR and any other collegues were always willing to help.
Always had work to do and I had the flexibility and autonomy to generate my own work where I felt it was needed. I was able to be proactive and initiated tasks and was praised and motivated to do this.
A valuable experience and I constantly learned new thing that will surely aid me in my studies and my professional career.
The Company
Most of the times the atmosphere was really inspiring and fun as I could talk to my collegues about any matter. Sometimes though there was more interactions through emails.
We had social activities as well, like go karting and community service (fun dont worry)
Offered weekly master classes to give you a better feeling of the bank overall
Sports and Social Club
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Very appealing as you have the chance to explore and maybe join many other areas in global retail and commercial banking Barclays
The Culture
Always organized events and outings.
Sometimes london can be quite expensive but the salary compensates for that :)
