The Role
Very much and I highly recommend it.
I was treated as an equal member of the team.
If you need help, just ask. Everyone is willing to help you.
This depends on the time of year. Sometimes it is chaotic, other times it is quite mellow.
Running full scale projects.
Technical; work ethic; time management; etc.
The Company
Good. Social people who always invite you out for a drink after work.
Very. You are placed in a role for you first 6 months and supported when trying to find a role for the second 6 months.
If you need training, which you do, there are many in house courses and depending on budget there are opportunities to train externally.

The Culture
Good, especially during the summer when all the interns were around.
London is expensive but the social aspect is better than if you are anywhere else.
