    • This depends on the time of year. Sometimes it is chaotic, other times it is quite mellow.

    • Good. Social people who always invite you out for a drink after work.

    • Very. You are placed in a role for you first 6 months and supported when trying to find a role for the second 6 months.

    • If you need training, which you do, there are many in house courses and depending on budget there are opportunities to train externally.

    • Good, especially during the summer when all the interns were around.
