The Role
It was really challenging.
They were really friendly and looked upon us as mature individuals
They were clear on instructions and willing to help you no matter what issues we faced
It was really hectic but there was a good mix of rest time.
We were challenged to make decisions in group settings and encouraged to take up leadership within them.
It was a meaningful placement which increased our knowledge about the industry and general commercial awareness
The Company
People were generally very friendly and willing to network with you.
There were no hiccups during the 3 days, and everything went smoothly.
I think PwC invested quite a lot in this academy. Many senior partners took their time to come down to meet us.

Company Parties/Events
The Culture
We were all very willing to get to know each other but at the same time we were all on very serious topics.
It was free.
There were drinks at the end of the day with coupons provided and everyone had some fun. However we start really early so people head back pretty early as well.
You can use the gym if you wake up really early.
