The Role
People were friendly whilst the job was stimulating.
I got given challenging jobs with support from my supervisor.
I was given an email and phone number if I ever had questions I could easily contact.
I was very busy however the work was interesting.
I was given the same responsibility as a 1st year grad scheme.
These skills will be used with my grad scheme job with PwC.
The Company
I was mainly based at client sites so only spent a week in the office. We got free drinks and talk briefly with other people.
We each got our own individual calendar on the PwC portal.
Our first week was at a nice hotel where we learnt about the business and then specifically about audit.
Company Parties/Events
Ont he final day of the internship I had a final interview where they review feedback from seniors.
The Culture
All interns in my office got on and we arranged nights out. We also would go to the pub after work and socialise with other PwC employees.
My office was on the outskirts of London so was quite expensive however there were always cheap places to go.
I did not go out clubbing whilst an intern, however would go to the pub regularly.
There was a newsletter sent round on news around the office.
