The Role
The work was challenging but there was always a strong support network in place to help with any issues.
Feedback helped to provide recognition of contribution to the team.
My managers and assistant managers were always willing and ready to help and answer any questions I had, no matter how small.
I was mostly able to complete the work I was allocated and if I had too little I felt comfortable asking for more and if I had too much I felt comfortable asking for help.
I was given more to do as my placement went on.
Time management, dedication and organisation has helped me in my degree studies.
The Company
There was always a friendly atmosphere. d
There is a scholar team which organises everything efficiently.
I was trained as any other graduate joining the firm.
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
I would love to return in the future.
The Culture
There is a sports/social society which organises events.
A lot cheaper than London
Noted as the best in the country.
There were social events to attend.
