The Role
It didn't live up to my expectations.
There was a very supportive environment, and my colleagues were all very understanding.
My decisions were respected, people did not try to influence me in any way.
In a eight hour day, there were only two twenty minute breaks, I would see 15-20 patients in one session.
I was given as much responsibility as someone assisting a GP, more than a nurse, less than a doctor.
Helped me immensely, improved my confidence, helped me to deal with all aspects of patient management.
The Company
There was a very relaxed atmosphere, conducive to work.
No time was wasted, I was busy throughout.
They arranged for me to go on two courses, both were very helpful.
Subsidised Canteen
Very appealing, loved the work, people and the atmosphere!
The Culture
Mainly lunches and dinners.
The transport was cheap, as was food and living.
I don't frequent such places.
Some courses to further my training, that was it.
