The Role
It was not very enjoyable.
I don't think that they even knew my name by the end of my placement.
The support given was very good, they looked after me well.
I was seeing a lot of patients every day, so I was very busy.
As a Physician Assistant, I was given a lot of responsibility.
Essential skills like communication were developed.
The Company
Everyone was very busy with their work, so it was neither dull nor fun.
The nature of the job meant that sometimes it was not very well organised.
They didn't invest in me much.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Healthcare from home
I am still in the same career, but the organisation itself isn't very appealing.
The Culture
At the end of peoples' shifts, they were so exhausted that no one felt like doing anything.
Fairly cheap, the rent was cheap, the food and transport costs were cheap also.
I wouldn't know!
There wasn't a lot to do outside of work.
